Our Story

People Centered Solutions was founded by Joané Hockenbury based on her core belief that people possess the innate ability to successfully solve problems which propels the individual or organization to new heights. From a coaching perspective, this might be an opportunity for the person to evaluate their life and work with a coach to make positive, lasting changes. From an organizational perspective she believes that leaders set the stage by valuing employees for their expertise and strengths; encouraging them to live their passion through their work as well as setting expectations for employees to bring creative solutions to problems (opportunities). This winning leadership formula provides the individual with the feeling of being valued / making an impact and the organization with engaged motivated employees who can take the organization to new levels of success. It's a Win/Win!

Joané' s own leadership journey took her from entry-level employee, as a receptionist to Chief Human Resource Officer and her model of being a passionate, life-long learner and an impact player is contagious.
